As a lover of Cornish Blue I couldn’t resist this, it’s so versatile both for eating and cooking, omlettes, pasta, quiches to name a few, I just chopped it up and put it in the freezer and it’s available whenever I need it.

Although it was all very good, the goats cheese was too big, smaller pieces would be more than enough. But overall very tasty.

I ordered the small cheeseboard as a gift for my daughter and her partner and it went down a storm! They sent me a message saying “cannot emphasise enough how good the cheese is”!! Will be ordering again.

We've always liked Yarg since we first encountered it years ago visiting the farm. Nearly a kilogram seemed a lot but it is going quickly particularly since it is in such excellent condition.

Love the creamy Brie Cheese

First up, confession, I have the privilege of working with the Stansfield family. My wife and I hosted 10 friends from the village to lunch, the cheese board, my responsibility, was a fine selection of all the cheeses from Cornish cheese. According to all 10 guests, the cheese board "smashed it", the Cornish Brie was complimented on its great creamy taste, no aftertaste which can be an issue with some brie, and the question "where can I get this cheese from" was asked by each of them.
The ultimate compliment to the team at Cornish Cheese is that there is very little left of the 1kg wheel of brie, it was consumption by a thousand slices.

Not a blue cheese fan but adore this cheese, mild and creamy with a hint of blue. A delight.
