First up, confession, I have the privilege of working with the Stansfield family. My wife and I hosted 10 friends from the village to lunch, the cheese board, my responsibility, was a fine selection of all the cheeses from Cornish cheese. According to all 10 guests, the cheese board "smashed it", the Cornish Brie was complimented on its great creamy taste, no aftertaste which can be an issue with some brie, and the question "where can I get this cheese from" was asked by each of them.
The ultimate compliment to the team at Cornish Cheese is that there is very little left of the 1kg wheel of brie, it was consumption by a thousand slices.
