Storage

Keep well wrapped in the fridge but we do recommend removing cheese from the fridge and any wrapping to allow the cheese the ‘breath’ for an hour or two before serving which will allow the full flavour and character of the cheese to come through!

Wonderful product.

The Cornish Blue Cheese is absolutely delicious. Exact;y as described and the beautiful little Cornishware lidded pot was the perfect finishing touch. All arrived beautifully packaged, complete with ice pack (which had melted by the time it got to me but had still kept the contents well chilled). The cheese itself was creamy with the beautiful tang of the blue veining. Absolutely lovely product.

Once I managed to get the blue sealing wax off the cheese is delicious a very smooth tasting blue cheesecake The Cornish blue jar is just the right size and survived the damaged cardboard packaging
