Storage

Keep well wrapped in the fridge but we do recommend removing cheese from the fridge and any wrapping to allow the cheese the ‘breath’ for an hour or two before serving which will allow the full flavour and character of the cheese to come through!

I really had wanted to fizz about this but I can't.

Sorry, I had ordered this with hope and optimism wanting to love the product when it arrived.
Faultless ordering and delivery exactly as promised.
Smart packaging reflected the crisp marketing but..
The cheese itself was so disappointing. Bland and uninspiring with the slight metallic taste you get when a blue cheese wants you to know that it's finished.
I'm sorry, perhaps it's me but I was left feeling underwhelmed and will not be coming back for seconds.
