Storage

Keep well wrapped in the fridge but we do recommend removing cheese from the fridge and any wrapping to allow the cheese the ‘breath’ for an hour or two before serving which will allow the full flavour and character of the cheese to come through!

" SIMPLY THE BEST "

i am 77 years young !!!! and have never in all those years not ever tasted a " CHEDDAR " as flavorful but creamy.
All you other Cheese are equal as tasty in their own way.
