Storage

Keep well wrapped in the fridge but we do recommend removing cheese from the fridge and any wrapping to allow the cheese the ‘breath’ for an hour or two before serving which will allow the full flavour and character of the cheese to come through!

Lovely pots and good cheese

Bought the trio of pots for Christmas gifts, unfortunately 2 pots arrived broken. Spoke to the team and the pots were replaced immediately. Great service and the replacements arrived for Christmas. An accident

When the box arrived one of the jars was broken. I immediately contacted Customer enquiries, I sent a photo and another one has been sent, hopefully arriving before Christmas as two are for gifts. So a pure accident, cheese is amazing as I had it last year.
