Cornish Gouda is a pasteurised Cornish cheese handmade by artisan cheesemaker Giel Spierings. This Semi Mature Cornish Gouda is aged for 6 months, and bursts with complex creamy, nutty and caramel flavours. Recommended as a continental breakfast cheese, on a cheese board or melted on top of your favourite dish.

I’m not usually a lover of Gouda, but decided to try this as I wanted to make a special cheeseboard. It is delicious with a lovely texture and after taste. I ate it after a meal, with a friend, and we both went back for more, foregoing the cracker so we could just enjoy this cheese on its own. A lovely cheese.
Good taste and texture
Saw it first on Rick Stein's Cornwall, & absolutely as wonderful as its reviews. Loved every morsel. I'll be ordering more!
