Amazing cheese so creamy hard bit is not eating it all in one go!

Ordered a kilo as love this cheese so much, expecting to give half to my sister-in-law. Unfortunately she couldn't come for a week after it was delivered and by then my husband and I had just about finished it! Taste, texture and creamy, gorgeous. Will be buying more, and expecting my s-i-l to buy her own!

Cornish Brie replaced a brie I thought wasn't quite right quickly.....which was great as it was Christmas and I wanted it for a party. Thank you so much for your quick response (on a Sunday!) and speedy turnaround.

I've always been a cheese lover; brie and stilton being my two favourites, so I was delighted to find an artisan brie made only 16 miles from where I live.

Ordered two large Brie’s one to share at Xmas another as a gift.they are delicious with crusty bread and once opened they soon disappear 5*

bought for a gift for elderly father who has been a fan of the smaller cornish brie which was supermarket sold locally and a regular treat... then no longer stock.
So amazing that I can actually buy direct a kg.... and my lil cheese fiend has already tucked in to it.

Wonderful good quality cheese full of flavour as usual. Living fairly close to the farm we often call in to buy some.
However, on this occasion, we ordered an online delivery which was easy, quick delivered on time and had been well packed for its journey.

This cheese always causes excitement in our family when it arrives. Baguettes and Grapes always bought before hand as a perefect accompaniment for a perfect supper.

I bought 1KG when it was on special offer for £9.00 - What a bargain. As I live on my own, next time I will buy a smaller cheese, but I couldn't resist the 1Kg offer.
When my daughter visited I was able to share and she was very impressed with the quality and taste. Apart from the cheese itself the packaging is amazing, the cheese is thoroughly wrapped in a waxed paper, and put into an insulated bag with two packs of sorba freeze, and then boxed. The whole operation from buying, supply, delivery, is second to none, and the cheese itself is mouthwatering. I enjoy the cheese at room temperate when it becomes "milky" on Jacobs chive crispbread, topped with whole cranberry sauce.

I've had the Cornish Blue before trying the brie and I was happy to find that it's equally as good.

Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous. A wonderful weekend treat with some olives and sun-dried tomatoes. Heaven on a plate!

Found the Cornish cheese company whilst on holiday near Bodmin, found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.
We bought a selection of cheese whilst we were there, all very tasty especially the Cornish cheddar and Brie. Decided to order on line when back home, easy to do and picked a delivery date. Great service and delicious cheese, very pleased, and we use again,

But I agree with other comments ........difficult to get to ripen .
Still a delicious taste

Had both The Cheddar and the Brie
The Extra Mature Cheddar is absolutely delicious
The Brie is Mild and Creamy
I have yet to try the Blue Brie next on my list.
