Refund policy
To be eligible for a replacement/refund we will need to know the reason for the replacement, photo evidence of the reason and batch number of the cheese. This should be sent to enquiries@cornishcheese.co.uk to be able to process any replacements.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges / Wrong Address
Once the cheese has left the farm we cannot take any responsibility for an incorrect address. We can resend the same cheese with the cost of the additional postage.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your query, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Loss of Delivery
All of our parcels are tracked at every stage of the delivery by our carrier. Once the parcel has been delivered with photographic proof we cannot take responsibility for the care of the product.
