Description

Rich and decedent, slow cooked wild boar is beautifully combined with capers, apricots and mustard. 

Ingredients

Boar Meat (37.6%), Duck Fat, Pork (18.5%), Apricots (Sulphites), Capers (Capers [62%], water, salt, wine vinegar, acidity regulator: E260, firming agent: E509, antioxidant: E300), Dijon Mustard (water, mustard seeds (30%), Spirit Vinegar, Sea Salt, Preservative: E222 (Sulphites), Wholegrain Mustard (Mustard Seed [20%], Mustard Flour [20%], White Wine Vinegar (Sulphites)), Pistachio Nuts, Cider Vinegar (Sulphites), Salt, Black Pepper. 

Storage

125g with a best before date of 12 months from the date of production (see side of jar). Store in a cool place. Once open refrigerate and enjoy within 3 days.

Tasty Wild Boar Rillette …

I bought one of these Rillettes to go with a Pork Rillette & a Duck Rillette plus a mix of cheeses & relishes from the Cornish Cheese Company, most of which were given as a Christmas gift to my daughter & son-in-law (with a small selection kept back for me!) … they were delighted with each item they received & particularly liked the Rillettes so I think they are a great addition to the range of items now available from the Cornish Cheese Company.
I have purchased from this Company before, their customer service is exemplary & they take great care with the packaging of their goods … I thoroughly recommend this Company & will be returning for more of their lovely products in the not too distant future, what more can I say!
