Description

Cornish Charcuterie's award-winning duck rillette with cranberries & Grand Marnier is our best sellers. They poach duck legs in duck fat, shredded and combines with aromatic spiced and cranberries soaked in Grand Marnier. 

Ingredients

Duck (62.3%), Duck Fat, Dried Cranberries (3.1%)(Cranberries 58%, Sugar, Sunflower Oil), Grand Marnier, Sea Salt, Chinese Five Spice

Storage

125g with a best before date of 12 months from the date of production (see side of jar). Store in a cool place. Once open refrigerate and enjoy within 3 days.

Very tasty Duck Rillette …

I purchased a Duck Rillette to accompany a selection of cheeses & relishes from The Cornish Cheese Company (who I have bought from before) most of which was for my daughter & son-in-law as a Christmas gift … they were delighted with everything & very much enjoyed the Duck Rillette. Everything I bought was packed extremely well for delivery & I thoroughly recommend this Company’s products & services … I know I will be back for more!!

Best ever.

All those supermarket pate that leave a weird taste in your mouth.
None of that with this pate.
Full of flavour, tastes like duck should, no nasty aftertaste with this, good on crackers or on hot toast it's just amazing. Add in some Cornish chutney, 😋.
