Description

Whether it's for a wedding or a party, celebrate the night with our purely Cornish celebration cake that showcases 4 artisan cheeses made from around the county with their very own unique characteristics and flavours. This particular cake will feed between 100-150 guests.
 

What's included?

4 Artisan Cornish Cheese's:

Cornish Brie Heart (600g) with a cake stand - A soft creamy brie style cheese from cows milk

Keltic Gold (1.2kg) -  Pungent washed rind cheese, creamy smooth texture and round full sweet flavour

Cornish Garlic Yarg (1.6kg) - The Wild Garlic Leaves have helped to create a slightly firmer texture and imparts a gentle garlicky flavour.

Cornish Blue Cheese (5kg) - A smooth creamy cows milk blue cheese

Please note that the wood and fruit pictured are not included

Storage

Keep well wrapped in the fridge but we do recommend removing cheese from the fridge and any wrapping to allow the cheese the ‘breath’ for an hour or two before serving, allowing the full flavour and character of the cheese to come through!

Wedding cheese cake

We were most impressed with the services of the Cornish Cheese company. Communication was good, cheeses arrived in excellent packaging yo protect them. Easy to assemble and tasted delicious. Highly recommend especially for a party or as order, for our daughters wedding. Thank you
