Cornish Cheddar
Description
This Cornish Cheddar is exquisitely intense yet rounded extra mature cheddar with a smooth, creamy texture. Designed to deliver a slightly crunchy texture; this is due to the formation of naturally occurring calcium lactate crystals which are found in high quality aged cheddars. These appear as white flecks, developing further as the cheese matures, enhancing both the character and the mouthfeel of the cheese.
Please allow for 10% variants on the weight as all of our cheeses are hand made and cut.

Storage & Serving
Keep well wrapped in the fridge but we do recommend removing cheese from the fridge and any wrapping to allow the cheese the ‘breath’ for an hour or two before serving which will allow the full flavour and character of the cheese to come through!
