Champion Cheese at the TOTW 2021 Awards

We are thrilled to announce that our Cornish Blue has won Champion Cheese at the 2021 Taste of the West Awards against some fantastic competition. The team at Knowle Farm have been unbelievable this last 18 months in dealing with the unpredictability of demand from the hospitality and retail industry opening and closing at a moments notice. Throughout this time they have worked incredibly hard and kept driving standards to produce the best quality cheese possible and this is just a reflection of all their efforts.

Other finalists included Melbury sheep's cheese and the well known nettled Cornish Yarg showing how high the standards were this year. Philip added "To win an award like this in the South West which is known for its outstanding quality of produce and in particular its local cheeses is huge for us. The Taste of the West awards is a great competition to be involved with as they really do care about championing artisan food and drink and I can't wait to see the results for the next round of judging". Cornish Blue has now gone into the overall final for the supreme champion which is announced in a couple of weeks.
