I'm a fan of rillette. Always have been. I thought I'd had great rillette. I hadn't. This is great rillette- so tasty and luxurious but without the over-reliance on 'fats'. Simply superb.

An excellent service with the delivery as described and in very good condition. The cheeses are / were delicious. The Yarg, Brie and Blue Cheese did not last long. A testament to there quality. That does not in any way indicate that the Cheddar or Gouda were not the same quality taste.
I would, without hesitation, recommend the cheeses and the Cornish Cheese Company for all the above reasons and especially as they are not only considerably better than supermarket products, BUT it supports a British company.

I sent this to my daughter and son in law for Easter. It arrived exactly on time as advised and most importantly they loved it. I will certainly send this again.
