The Cornish Brie has to be our absolute favourite Brie it is just so delicious with it's wonderful buttery flavour. We have used it to accompany bacon in a toastie (with cranberry sauce) but it is also a truly wonderful treat just on its own on cracker biscuits.

The Brie and Camembert from the Cornish Cheese company are our absolute favourites!! We always order when we have family gatherings or go on a self catering holiday and the cheddar is delicious too as is the Yarg. All of these we order in bulk for special occasions, thank you.
