Storage & Serving

Keep well wrapped in the fridge but we do recommend removing cheese from the fridge and any wrapping to allow the cheese the ‘breath’ for an hour or two before serving which will allow the full flavour and character of the cheese to come through!

Disappointed of Hampshire

The cheeses arrived on the designated day ,13/11/25 ,and packaged sufficiently well. Of the four cheeses the Brie had a best before date of 16/12, the Yarg 11/12 and the Blue 09/12. As gorgeous as the cheeses are I will not be able to consume 3•4kg of cheese in stated time frame. The cheeses were also intended for the festive period but alas I'm not certain Christmas can be brought forward ti accommodate this. Unfortunately this experience somewhat deters me from ordering these superb cheeses again. It would have been a five star review on the cheeses on taste. Hence my disappointment.

Fantastic cheese

We bought the 4 cheese bundle for our wedding and everyone loved it. It was delivered on time and packaged well. The cheeses tasted great - the Brie in particular was just right.

Safari Supper Cheese success!

Our village church (in Cornwall) )hosts an annual 'Safari Supper' so the cheese bundle was used for the cheese course of this event when over 140 attended. All were delighted we had chosen the Cornish Cheese Company for our sourced cheese
