Storage

Keep well wrapped in the fridge but we do recommend removing cheese from the fridge and any wrapping to allow the cheese the ‘breath’ for an hour or two before serving which will allow the full flavour and character of the cheese to come through!

Nice gift, shame about the delivery.

The gift was lovely and well received, however, the delivery was on the wrong day. Whilst you don’t guarantee a chosen date, it’s not difficult to get it right. The courier had no chance of delivering on time when you didn’t get it to them on time!!!!
