What's Included?

Knightor Pinot Noir Red Wine (75cl) - Crafted from the ripest parcels of Pinot Noir, this fruit-forward red displays aromas of cherry, wild strawberry and subtle spice. The palate is wonderfully light, bursting with red fruits and gentle oak characters. Pair with our Cornish Brie or Smoked Cheddar.
Knightor Mena Hweg 2023 White Wine (75cl) - The semi sweet Mena Hweg displays both floral aromas of jasmine, plus stone fruit. The palate is light and fruity, with flavours of peach and elderflower. Pair with our Cornish Blue or Gouda.
Cornish Blue Cheese (175g) - A smooth creamy cows milk blue cheese.
Cornish Brie (150g) - A soft creamy brie style cheese from cows milk.
Cornish Extra Mature Cheddar (200g) - Creamy cheddar with an intensely rich flavour and crunchy texture.
Cornish Smoky Extra Mature Cheddar (200g) - Smooth, creamy texture and rich, savoury depth with subtle smoky notes running through the cheese.
Cornish Gouda (200g) - Aged for 6 months, and bursts with complex creamy, nutty and caramel flavours.

Guaranteed to last up to 3 weeks when stored correctly in the fridge.

Keep well wrapped in the fridge but we do recommend removing cheese from the fridge and any wrapping to allow the cheese the
‘breath’ for an hour or two before serving which will allow the full flavour and character of the cheese to come through!

Because our cheese is handmade in small batches, we ship orders on specific days each week.

To receive your order the same week, please place it before midday on Tuesday. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following week.

You can select your preferred delivery day at checkout, and we’ll dispatch your cheese to arrive on that date.

All of our cheese parcels are cooled with re-usable ice packs and insulated with recyclable packaging.

All orders are sent using DPD’s tracked delivery service. Once your cheese has been dispatched, DPD will send you tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

We highly recommend downloading the DPD app, which allows you to track your parcel, provide safe place instructions, nominate a neighbour to receive your delivery, or reschedule your delivery time slot.
