If you would like to order any Cornish Celebration cakes please allow a minimum of 5 weeks when choosing a delivery slot. We make our Cornish Brie Hearts to order, and they require this amount of time to mature. If you need the cake sooner, and do not require the heart then please get in touch as we can provide further options.

Description

Whether it's for a wedding or a party, celebrate the night with our purely Cornish celebration cake that showcases 4 artisan cheeses made from around the county with their very own unique characteristics and flavours. This particular cake will feed between 70-80 guests.

What's included?

4 Artisan Cornish Cheese's.

Cornish Brie Heart (600g)- A soft creamy brie style cheese from cows milk.

Cornish Wild Garlic Yarg (1kg) - The Wild Garlic Leaves have helped to create a slightly firmer texture and imparts a gentle garlicky flavour.

Cornish Cheddar (1kg) - Exquisitely intense yet rounded extra mature cheddar with a smooth, creamy texture.

Cornish Blue (5kg) - A smooth creamy cows milk blue cheese.

Storage & Shelf Life

Guaranteed to last up to 3 weeks when stored correctly in the fridge.

Keep well wrapped in the fridge but we do recommend removing cheese from the fridge and any wrapping to allow the cheese the ‘breath’ for an hour or two before serving, allowing the full flavour and character of the cheese to come through!

Delivery Info

You can select your preferred delivery day at checkout, and we’ll dispatch your cheese to arrive on that date. Our cheese is handmade in small batches, so we only deliver orders on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday each week.

Orders placed after 7am on Thursday will be shipped the following week.

As our products are perishable, they require delivery within a maximum of 2 days. Unfortunately, our courier is unable to provide this service to the following postcodes: AB35–38, FK18–21, PA21–38, PA43, PA80, PH17–26, PH30–41, PH49–50, PO30–33, PO35–41, TR21–25, HS, IV, KW, BT, IM, GY, JE.

How Your Order Is Delivered

All of our cheese parcels are cooled with reusable ice packs and insulated with recyclable packaging.

All orders are sent using DPD’s tracked delivery service. Once your cheese has been dispatched, DPD will send you tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

We highly recommend downloading the DPD app, which allows you to track your parcel, provide safe place instructions, nominate a neighbour to receive your delivery, or reschedule your delivery time slot.
