Description

Whether it's for a wedding or a party, celebrate the night with our purely Cornish celebration cake that showcases 4 artisan cheeses made from around the county with their very own unique characteristics and flavours. This particular cake will feed between 70-80 guests.

4 Artisan Cornish Cheese's:

Cornish Brie Heart (600g)- A soft creamy brie style cheese from cows milk

Cornish Wild Garlic Yarg (1kg) - The Wild Garlic Leaves have helped to create a slightly firmer texture and imparts a gentle garlicky flavour.

Cornish Cheddar (1kg) - Exquisitely intense yet rounded extra mature cheddar with a smooth, creamy texture.

Cornish Blue (2.5kg) - A smooth creamy cows milk blue cheese

Storage

Keep well wrapped in the fridge but we do recommend removing cheese from the fridge and any wrapping to allow the cheese the ‘breath’ for an hour or two before serving, allowing the full flavour and character of the cheese to come through!
