Cornish Gouda is a pasteurised Cornish cheese handmade by artisan cheesemaker Giel Spierings. This Semi Mature Cornish Gouda is aged for 6 months, and bursts with complex creamy, nutty and caramel flavours. Recommended as a continental breakfast cheese, on a cheese board or melted on top of your favourite dish.

Please allow for 10% variants on the weight as all of our cheeses are hand made and cut.

This cheese had lots of flavour to it , both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it but I found the packaging rather rubbish . Far too big a box , which was badly damaged when it arrived . Cut down on the packaging and this would cut down on the cost .
