Cornish Blue cooking cheese has been derinded and cut into chunks to allow you to easily store and cook with. Its perfected for melting into recipes to give smooth creamy notes and a slight blue aftertaste.
Some of the cheese may have secondary mould growth on the surface, this is due to its age and is completely safe. It actually means it packed with a lot more flavour.

Storage & Serving
This cheese can be frozen for up to 6 months but please defrost slowly in a fridge for 24 hours before using it. The cheese will have 4 week date on it to be refrigerated and will mature in the fridge and become stronger in flavour week by week.
