Our Cornish Rattler Cyder & Cheese Gift Box is packed with bold, refreshing flavour and artisan Cornish favourites. At the heart of the gift box is the iconic Cornish Rattler Cyder — crisp, fresh and full of character, crafted using Healey’s expertise and named after the feisty Cornish Rattler apple.

Cornish Rattler Cyder pairs beautifully with artisan Cornish cheese thanks to its crisp, refreshing apple character and balanced acidity. The cyder cuts through the richness of the creamy Gouda, complements the bold flavour of the extra mature Cheddar and enhances the delicate smoky notes of the smoked Cheddar, creating a perfectly balanced tasting experience.

• Rattler Original Cornish Cider - Crisp, fresh flavour Cornish Cyder from Healeys.
• Cornish Extra Mature Cheddar (200g) - Creamy cheddar with an intensely rich flavour and crunchy texture.
• Cornish Smoky Extra Mature Cheddar (200g) - Smooth, creamy texture and rich, savoury depth with subtle smoky notes running through the cheese.
• Cornish Gouda (200g) - Aged for 6 months, and bursts with complex creamy, nutty and caramel flavours. 
• Cornish Apple Chutney (113g) - Tangy & Sweet
• Popti Cornish Sea Salt Savoury Thins (120g)

You can select your preferred delivery day at checkout, and we’ll dispatch your cheese to arrive on that date. Our cheese is handmade in small batches, so we only deliver orders on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday each week.

Orders placed after 7am on Thursday will be shipped the following week. 

Please note that orders to the Scottish Highlands can take up to 2 working days: AB31–34, AB39–56, FK17, KA27–28, PA1–20, PA39–42, PA44–79, PH1–16, PH27–29, PH42–48.

As our products are perishable, they require delivery within a maximum of 2 days. Unfortunately, our courier is unable to provide this service to the following postcodes: AB35–38, FK18–21, PA21–38, PA43, PA80, PH17–26, PH30–41, PH49–50, PO30–33, PO35–41, TR21–25, HS, IV, KW, BT, IM, GY, JE.

How Your Order Is Delivered

All of our cheese parcels are cooled with reusable ice packs and insulated with recyclable packaging.

All orders are sent using DPD’s tracked delivery service. Once your cheese has been dispatched, DPD will send you tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

We highly recommend downloading the DPD app, which allows you to track your parcel, provide safe place instructions, nominate a neighbour to receive your delivery, or reschedule your delivery time slot.
