Please allow for 10% variants on the weight as all of our cheeses are hand made and cut.

Storage & Serving

Keep well wrapped in the fridge but we do recommend removing cheese from the fridge and any wrapping to allow the cheese the ‘breath’ for an hour or two before serving which will allow the full flavour and character of the cheese to come through!

Beautiful Cheese

All the cheese was delicious. there was so much i shared it out with my family over the Christmas period. They all raved how lovely it was. My husband, who doesnt like mature cheddar even liked the cheddar cheese!. Highly recommended.

First impressions

It's a lot of cheese but good value. Started with the Yarg and was underwhelmed, very mild. Moved on to the Cornish Blue and its excellent, great consistency and full of flavour.
