Cornish Brie has a delicious mild and creamy flavour and melting, smooth texture with a characteristic yellow, buttery colour.

Please allow for 10% variants on the weight as all of our cheeses are hand made and cut.

Storage & Serving

Keep well wrapped in the fridge but we do recommend removing cheese from the fridge and any wrapping to allow the cheese the ‘breath’ for an hour or two before serving which will allow the full flavour and character of the cheese to come through!

Wonderful good quality cheese full of flavour as usual. Living fairly close to the farm we often call in to buy some.
However, on this occasion, we ordered an online delivery which was easy, quick delivered on time and had been well packed for its journey.
