Our Cornish Rattler Cyder & Cheese Gift Box is packed with bold, refreshing flavour and artisan Cornish favourites. At the heart of the gift box is the iconic Cornish Rattler Cyder — crisp, fresh and full of character, crafted using Healey’s expertise and named after the feisty Cornish Rattler apple.

Cornish Rattler Cyder pairs beautifully with artisan Cornish cheese thanks to its crisp, refreshing apple character and balanced acidity. The cyder cuts through the richness of the creamy Gouda, complements the bold flavour of the extra mature Cheddar and enhances the delicate smoky notes of the smoked Cheddar, creating a perfectly balanced tasting experience.

Because our cheese is handmade in small batches, we ship orders on specific days each week.

To receive your order the same week, please place it before midday on Tuesday. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following week.

You can select your preferred delivery day at checkout, and we’ll dispatch your cheese to arrive on that date.

All of our cheese parcels are cooled with re-usable ice packs and insulated with recyclable packaging.

All orders are sent using DPD’s tracked delivery service. Once your cheese has been dispatched, DPD will send you tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

We highly recommend downloading the DPD app, which allows you to track your parcel, provide safe place instructions, nominate a neighbour to receive your delivery, or reschedule your delivery time slot.
