    Storage

    Keep well wrapped in the fridge but we do recommend removing cheese from the fridge and any wrapping to allow the cheese the ‘breath’ for an hour or two before serving which will allow the full flavour and character of the cheese to come through!

    Bought a few different cheeses from you, including the triple cheese selection pack. This and the Stilton in the blue and white jar are presents.     Great selection of cheeses for Christmas. Excellent price and free postage which persuaded me to purchase the set of 3. I have had the Cornish Brie and Cheddar before but not the Cornish Blue. I didn’t like Brie before trying this one and now it’s a favourite.
