Storage

Keep well wrapped in the fridge but we do recommend removing cheese from the fridge and any wrapping to allow the cheese the ‘breath’ for an hour or two before serving which will allow the full flavour and character of the cheese to come through!

Once I managed to get the blue sealing wax off the cheese is delicious a very smooth tasting blue cheesecake The Cornish blue jar is just the right size and survived the damaged cardboard packaging

Birthday Gift

Cheese was absolutely delicious. Had some Cornish Blue when we stayed in Porthleven last year but had not been able to find any once back in Sussex so this was a lovely Birthday gift.
