We came across the cheese whilst on holiday in Cornwall. Visited Truro food market and were hooked on the Brie, Cheddar and the Blue. Consequently, I ordered the 3 cheese bundle- arrived on the day stated and has already been enjoyed before Christmas!! Thank you.

I've recently made some green tomato jam, and it makes a great pairing with the brie. My favourite remains the yarg.

I love Cornish Cheese co and their superb cheese. Speedy dispatch with great packaging with absolute delight on receiving the 3 fine cheeses. Each one is so unique to the other with a quality feel and that perfectness to each bite.

My initial thoughts weren't much as the delivery company failed to deliver but did deliver the next day. Sadly then I had been sent completely the wrong order however on e mailing the company this was very swiftly corrected..cannot fault that !

We found this company by mistake when we were in Cornwall.
What a great mistake !
The yarg we bought on that day had us returning on another day for the garlic yarg. Then the Brie and the blue cheese.
Now we buy it online and it’s delivered direct.
Let the cheeses breathe for a while.

The Brie got better with each day and would definitely buy again, Yarg was better at room temp and liked the sour edge, the Blue was tasty and again better with age and temperature..

I bought one of the Cornish Trio Bundles from The Cornish Cheese Company along with a selection of their other cheeses, relishes & rillettes, the majority of which were given to my daughter & son-in-law as a Christmas gift … I have done this before & they were delighted again as these cheeses are superb! Everything arrived packed so very well complete with little ice packs. The cheeses from this Company really are so very tasty & once opened do not last long!! I thoroughly recommend this Company & their fabulous cheeses, I know I will be back for more.

You just cannot get a better value, tastier bundle than this. What a way to spend Christmas, ploughing through this deliciousness.

I received Yarg, Cornish Blue and the Cornish Brie. All 3 were fantastic, the cheese is fresh, great taste and good value. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed the cheese but found the Brie rather dry. We expected it to mature and soften but it is still firm.

A wonderful trio of cheeses: Cornish Blue, Cornish Brie and Yarg. These were my indulgences for the Christmas period and I still have some left (but not much!)..

Blue and Yarg were excellent. Brie was so under ripe that we were unable to eat it and so had to buy something else. It was also rather bland when we tried it. Unfortunately we recommended the bundle to relatives and they had the same problem with the brie.

Ordered the Christmas bundle. Blue is now just delish but it’s 4th Jan so wasn’t really ready for Xmas. Brie, sad to say, was no good at all and is still rock hard and weirdly laminating in centre… I guess it’s dried out rather than matured. Such a shame. Not even ok for cheese on toast.

The blue though! It is really good once it’s had a minute!
