Storage

Keep well wrapped in the fridge but we do recommend removing cheese from the fridge and any wrapping to allow the cheese the ‘breath’ for an hour or two before serving which will allow the full flavour and character of the cheese to come through!

Dreadful

What has gone wrong here. Expensive for a start. After struggling to remove the inch thick wax layer to find the 'cheese' its off or something. Never seen, smelt or tasted a blue cheese that bad.

A fairly inoffensive blue cheese, if you don't factor in the high price. Much better options available in the "different blue" category.
