Not too soft but deliciously creamy and a slightly nutty flavour. Very rich and by far the best Brie I have ever tasted.
Superbe flavour akin to a 'good' Dutch matured cheese. Definitely merits it's place on your cheeseboard!

Cornish Brie replaced a brie I thought wasn't quite right quickly.....which was great as it was Christmas and I wanted it for a party. Thank you so much for your quick response (on a Sunday!) and speedy turnaround.
Being a long time fan of Cornish Cheese and not being able to collect in person this year we decided to place an on-line order for Christmas.
Everything went to plan with delivery due 4 days before the big day.
The courier duly delivered but unfortunately they failed to follow the delivery instructions and left the parcel on the doorstep in full view, this in turn resulted in an unscrupulous individual with a great taste in cheese helping themselves.
Cornish Cheese now proved what an amazing group of people they are, not just in producing magnificent cheese but in going above and beyond in terms of customer service.
After explaining the circumstances to Ben at Cornish Cheese he contacted the courier and soon called me back to inform me that he was sending a full replacement order by express delivery with delivery due for the following day - Christmas Day minus 3.
True to his word a full replacement order arrived the very next day and a follow-up phone call from Ben that evening to check all was OK.
Wonderful Christmas Cheese safely received and a Very Happy Family.
As always the quality of the cheese was outstanding and second to none, when you then put this with amazing customer service you cannot go wrong.

What a more perfect gift to anyone. Ironically we live in France and due to the stupid tit for tat with countries, cannot send to France so we miss out. But couldn't wish for any better cheese.
I appreciate peoples comments on deliveries but have to say ours were first class. Even ordered some and not expected till 7th January but arrived on 24th with no extra delivery charge. Brilliant. We will be either sending flowers or Cornish Blue as gifts in future.
By Boxing Day the cheeses had all been eaten! Many compliments.
