Cornish Blue

Description

Designed to be eaten as a young cheese, Cornish Blue is a very different product from traditional English blue cheeses. Its flavour is mild and creamy, with a dense texture and buttery richness, instead of the ‘salty tang’ common of other traditional blue cheeses it has a gentle sweetness.

Please allow for 10% variants on the weight as all of our cheeses are hand made and cut.

Storage & Serving

Keep well wrapped in the fridge but we do recommend removing cheese from the fridge and any wrapping to allow the cheese the ‘breath’ for an hour or two before serving which will allow the full flavour and character of the cheese to come through!

Cheese, beautiful cheese.

What a more perfect gift to anyone. Ironically we live in France and due to the stupid tit for tat with countries, cannot send to France so we miss out. But couldn't wish for any better cheese.

I appreciate peoples comments on deliveries but have to say ours were first class. Even ordered some and not expected till 7th January but arrived on 24th with no extra delivery charge. Brilliant. We will be either sending flowers or Cornish Blue as gifts in future.

Wonderful….But!

Wonderful - Cheese is fabulous, much enjoyed by many.
But - Not delivered on promised day! Late on promised day I had to ask about timings to be told of delay - not even picked! Second delivery, late on Christmas Eve, achieved, thank you. The negative is you didn’t keep me informed as to delay, I had to ask - not good customer service for the sake of a call or email.

A small hickup with delivery, but it was sorted easily without too much delay and the Cornish Blue is as tasty as ever. Always excellent!
