We make all our hearts to order, and therefore require 5 weeks notice for maturation. Please ensure you select a delivery date before proceeding to check out so we know when you would like us to send it for you! 

The perfect gift to send to a loved one this year! Cornish Brie has a delicious mild and creamy flavour and melting, smooth texture with a characteristic yellow, buttery colour.

Please allow for 10% variants on the weight as all of our cheeses are hand made and cut.

Storage & Serving

Keep well wrapped in the fridge but we do recommend removing cheese from the fridge and any wrapping to allow the cheese the ‘breath’ for an hour or two before serving which will allow the full flavour and character of the cheese to come through!
