Josh and the Josh's Chocolate team are based on Callestick farm in mid Cornwall. Made using high-quality cocoa solids, the dark chocolate offers a smooth melt with subtle bitterness and natural intensity, perfectly complemented by the flakes of Cornish sea salt. Salt lifts and enhances the cocoa notes, drawing out hidden sweetness and creating an utterly delicious taste.

Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whole milk powder, sea salt, soyalecithin, natural vanilla flavourings. Cocoa solids – 42%, milk solids 14%.

Because our cheese is handmade in small batches, we ship orders on specific days each week.

To receive your order the same week, please place it before midday on Tuesday. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following week.

You can select your preferred delivery day at checkout, and we’ll dispatch your cheese to arrive on that date.

All of our cheese parcels are cooled with re-usable ice packs and insulated with recyclable packaging.

All orders are sent using DPD’s tracked delivery service. Once your cheese has been dispatched, DPD will send you tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

We highly recommend downloading the DPD app, which allows you to track your parcel, provide safe place instructions, nominate a neighbour to receive your delivery, or reschedule your delivery time slot.
